The amount of edible products available to today’s consumer is absolutely astounding; from chocolates, hard candies, and beverages, to even products such as beef jerky. While on their own these edibles are absolutely scrumptious, there’s an incredible amount of flavor and fun to be had by incorporating these medicated foods with some other ingredients you more than likely have in your kitchen already. Below you’ll find some of the recipes our company enjoys, and the methods to construct them.

S’mores

This one is relatively self explanatory, swap your normal standard chocolate for a medicated bar. We enjoy Dixie brand milk chocolate but theres an incredible variety of chocolates to try, finding that perfect chocolate brings the s’more to the next level easily!

Ingredients:

4 sheets honey graham crackers, One 2 Oz. bar milk chocolate broken into 4 pieces, 4 large marshmallows. This should make 4 medicated s’mores using the entire bar of chocolate.

Recipe:

(This can change on preference, the recipe provided is from Food Network and is made with the intention of using a grill. Campfires are classic and we recommend using this method if at all possible.)

Step 1: Heat a grill to medium-low heat. (The heat coming from a dying charcoal grill or a gas grill cooling down will also work well.)

Step 2: Halve each graham cracker sheet crosswise into 2 squares. Working with 1 or 2 s’mores at a time, place a square of graham cracker on a piece of foil and top with a portion of chocolate and a pinch of kosher salt. Place on the edge of the grill just until the chocolate is warmed and softened, about 30 seconds.

Step 3: Take the graham cracker squares and chocolate to your grill (as the marshmallows toast they will become soft and start to droop off the skewer). Working with a few at a time, skewer a marshmallow on a long fork or metal skewer and hold over the heat about 2 inches above the grates. Toast, turning occasionally, until the marshmallow puffs and turns golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes.

Step 4: Using the square of graham with the chocolate and a plain graham square, place the marshmallow on the chocolate and, using the plain graham, squish the marshmallow down and pull off the skewer. Eat while it is warm and gooey and perfect.

Stroopwaffle Ice-cream

What could possibly improve the velvety, indulgent, and saccharine experience of your favorite ice-cream? While its near perfect on its own, we think a little cannabis incorporated in takes it to a whole

new realm of enjoyment. There’s a lot of tantalizing edibles that would mix phenomenally, but our personal favorite is resoundingly the stroopwaffle cookies from Dutch Girl paired with your favorite brand of Vanilla ice-cream.

Ingredients:

1-2 Quarts of choice vanilla ice-cream, 1 package of stroopwaffles, (optional: hot fudge/caramel sauce).

Recipe:

(There’s multiple ways to make this to your preference, we have provided two methods we’ve had delicious success with.)

Personal Size:

Step 1: Take 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice-cream and place directly into a personal sized bowl

Step 2: Taking 2-3 cookies break up your stroopwaffle into pieces no larger than 1 square inch, and covering the vanilla ice-cream as evenly as possible with the broken pieces.

Step 3: (Optional) Drizzle hot fudge or caramel sauce to taste over the top to take the flavor to the next level!

Bulk Size:

Step 1: Let 1-2 quarts of ice cream stand at room temperature until slightly softened, about 5 minutes. Scoop into a large bowl; break into pieces using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.

Step 2: Taking the entire package of stroopwaffles, break up all the cookies into pieces no larger than 1 square inch. Add the cookie crumbles, and gently fold until evenly incorporated.

Step 3: Spoon ice cream into a 9- x 5-inch loaf pan (size may change depending on the quantity of ice-cream used); cover with plastic wrap, pressing directly onto surface of ice cream. Freeze until firm.

Smoothies

In the assortment of available beverages, smoothies sit atop a throne of tantalizing fruits and deliciously cool refreshment. While smoothies can be incredibly healthy, our variant does use a cannabis infused drink that will contain sugar to a certain degree. So for those being more health conscious we do have an alternative, scroll to the last recipe of the page and you’ll see an alternative way to also enjoy these kind of infused smoothies.

Ingredients:

Roughly 1-2 cups of fruit of your choice, ½ cup milk, ½ cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup ice, and 1 Cannapunch Pineapple Mango Delight (use dosage recommendations on the package to infuse the desired amount of THC into the smoothie)

Recipe:

Step 1: Chop/deseed/peel whatever fruits you intend on using, and then also determine the amount of Cannapunch you wish to add to your smoothie. Add the chopped fruit, ice, milk, yogurt, and Cannapunch into your blender.

Step 2: Blend to taste (more/less chunks), and serve!

Root-Beer Float

Summer, winter, or anything in between its hard to find a time of year where a craving for this unique dessert doesn’t entice most of us. Being a slice of Americana we’re happy to be able to give this treat a little extra kick with some deliciously divine edibles. Follow this recipe and we think you’ll find yourself floating much like ice-cream on top of this sweet refreshment!

Ingredients:

1 pint of vanilla ice-cream, 2 quarts of rootbeer, 1 Dixie Elixir Root Beer.

Recipe:

Step 1: Hang a large, well packed scoop of vanilla ice cream on the edge of a fountain glass or other tall drinking glass.

Step 2: Determine the dose of cannabis you’d like, and follow packaging instructions to add the amount of Dixie Elixir Root Beer you’d like into the glass. Then fill the glass 3/4 full with standard root beer. Set the fountain glass on a plate, underlining the glass for overflow.

Step 3: Serve floats with straws and parfait spoons. When you are ready to enjoy the floats, knock the ice cream into the root beer and watch it fizz up as the ice cream floats.

Arnold Palmer

When it comes to classic beverages such as an Arnold Palmer, we’ve found simplicity and keeping to the original recipe works as ideally as you’d hope it would. Best served on hot summer days but definitely can be enjoyed year round!

5 fluid ounces fresh lemonade, 5 Fluid ounces of choice iced tea, Dixie Elixir Half & Half.

Recipe:

Step 1: Combine lemonade and iced tea in a highball or tall glass, add the desired dose of Dixie Elixir Half & Half. Add ice and stir until chilled.

Ripple Infused Anything

This is a fun one, mainly because the sky is the limit to what kind of products you can put Stillwater Ripple Dissolvables in/onto. Quoted straight from their main site describing the product: “Ripple Dissolvables are single-serve powder packets filled with perfectly precise portions of our odorless,

flavorless, calorie-free dissolvable THC + CBD. From protein shakes to salad dressings, put Ripple in your water bottles, juices, soups, tacos, and more.” We couldn’t agree more with them and highly encourage that you do put it on tacos and whatever else may hit the spot for you!
